Preamble:
Whereas the Seller owns the recharge cards described below, which the Buyer has inspected and accepted, and the Buyer wishes to purchase them at a deferred price as stated in this agreement. Therefore, both parties have agreed to enter into this agreement according to the following terms and conditions:
Article 1: Subject of Agreement (Product)
Product:
Product Possession: The Seller acknowledges full ownership of the cards and possession prior to this agreement.
Product Inspection: The Buyer acknowledges having inspected the cards thoroughly and accepted them in their current condition.
Article 2: Agreement Value and Payment Terms
Deferred Sale Price:
Both parties agree that the total price for the sold cards is SAR
Payment Method: The Buyer commits to paying the deferred price as agreed.
Due Date: As agreed between both parties.
Article 3: Immediate Sale Authorization and Collection
Ownership Acknowledgment: Upon signing this agreement, the Buyer acknowledges full ownership of the mentioned cards.
Cash Sale Authorization: The Buyer authorizes the Seller with irrevocable authorization to sell these cards for cash in the market.
Collection: The Seller/Agent commits to delivering the cash proceeds from immediate sale to the Buyer immediately.
Article 4: General Provisions
Governing Law: This agreement shall be interpreted and enforced according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Jurisdiction: The competent courts in Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this agreement.
Agreement Copies: This agreement is made in two original copies, one for each party.
